Delivery:Shipping fee is AED 15 within the United Arab Emirates and free for orders above AED 250 within the United Arab Emirates. Your order will be shipped and will reach you within 1-2 working days. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to external unforeseeable factors. Return or refund:We try our best to ensure you received your complete order as accurately and as quickly as possible but sometimes errors do occur. Should this occur, we sincerely apologize. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any problems with your order. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of refund of these items if we are not notified within this timeframe. The best way of contacting us is via email info@skinstorydubai.com. We will respond within 24 hours and request that you send us a picture of the wrongly delivered item. Once received and verified we will process the replacement of a mis shipped item. Please note, that replacement will not take place if you changed your mind and want a different product instead of the one that you have initially ordered and received.
